Terms of service
These terms apply when you buy from sprigscout.com or use the site. Please read them before you order — by placing an order you agree to them. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Last updated: 14 September 2026
1. Who you are buying from
Sprig & Scout is a trading name of ECOMSTOKE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17384805, with its registered office at 5th Floor, 167–169 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5PF.
Contact: contact@ecomstoke.com. In these terms “we”, “us” and “our” mean ECOMSTOKE LTD, and “you” means the person placing the order.
2. Who can order
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a legally binding contract. Our products are made for children, but the contract is with you as the adult purchaser.
We deliver to the United Kingdom, the European Union and selected other countries. The destinations we currently ship to, and their costs, are shown at checkout.
3. Your order and when a contract is formed
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received it — it is not acceptance. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation, and only for the items named in it.
We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if a price or description was published in error, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. If we decline after you have paid, we refund you in full.
Please check your order and delivery address before paying. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — we can usually correct it before dispatch.
4. Availability
All items are subject to availability. If something becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and either supply an alternative you agree to, or refund that item in full.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance — see clause 3 — and where we decline, we refund in full.
Prices can change, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted. If we discover an obvious pricing error before dispatch, we will contact you and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
6. Discount codes, bundles and promotions
From time to time we run multi-buy offers, bundles and discount codes. Unless we say otherwise:
- one discount code may be used per order, and codes cannot be combined with other offers;
- codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit;
- offers are available while stocks last and we may withdraw or change them at any time, though never for an order we have already accepted; and
- if you return part of a multi-buy or bundle order and that takes the order below the offer threshold, we refund the amount you actually paid for the returned items, not the full list price.
How our 60-day guarantee applies to bundle orders is set out in our Refund policy.
7. Delivery
Delivery options, costs and timescales are set out in our Shipping policy, which forms part of these terms.
Delivery estimates run from dispatch and are estimates, not guarantees. We will tell you if an order is delayed beyond the stated window. Goods become your responsibility once they are delivered to the address you gave us.
For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, any import duty, tax or customs handling charge is payable by you.
8. Cancellation, returns and our guarantee
Your right to cancel within 14 days, how returns work, what happens with faulty goods, and the terms of our 60-day money-back guarantee are all set out in our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Product information and safe use
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours vary between screens, and measurements are approximate and may vary slightly between batches.
Our training pants are designed to contain small daytime leaks while a child is learning. They are not nappies, are not intended to hold a full bladder, are not overnight protection, and are not a substitute for medical advice.
Always follow the care instructions supplied. Check the fit as your child grows and stop using anything that has become too tight. Our products are not toys.
10. Reviews and anything you post
If you leave a review or send us a photo, you confirm it is your own honest experience, that you have the right to share it, and that it is not unlawful, offensive or misleading.
You keep ownership of what you post, and you give us a free, non-exclusive licence to display and reproduce it in connection with our products and marketing. We may decline to publish or may remove content, and we do not publish incentivised reviews as though they were unsolicited.
11. Your account
If you create an account, keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for orders placed through your account. We may suspend or close an account that is being misused.
12. Our content and trade marks
The text, photographs, illustrations, characters, designs and branding on this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not reuse them commercially, or copy our product descriptions or imagery, without our written permission.
13. Using this website
You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce malicious code, or use automated systems to scrape it in a way that affects its operation.
We try to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice.
14. Events outside our control
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including supplier or courier failure, strikes, extreme weather, fire, flood, epidemic, or the acts of any government or customs authority. If such an event occurs we will contact you as soon as possible, and if the delay becomes substantial you may cancel and receive a full refund for anything not delivered.
15. Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, nor for loss arising from your failure to follow the care, fitting or safety instructions.
We supply our products for domestic and private use. We have no liability for loss of profit, loss of business or business interruption.
16. Your privacy
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy policy, which explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have over it.
17. Complaints
Email contact@ecomstoke.com. We acknowledge within one working day and aim to resolve matters within 14 days. If we cannot resolve a complaint, you may be able to use the online dispute resolution options available to UK consumers.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example to reflect changes in the law or in how we operate. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. The date at the top shows when these terms were last changed.
19. General
- Transfer. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another business; this will not affect your rights. You may only transfer yours to someone else if we agree in writing.
- Severability. If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
- Waiver. If we delay in enforcing a term, that does not prevent us enforcing it later.
- Third parties. These terms are between you and us. Nobody else has the right to enforce them.
- Entire agreement. These terms, together with our Refund, Shipping and Privacy policies, form the whole agreement between us in relation to your order.
20. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.
