We are a small team and we read everything ourselves. If something has gone wrong with an order, or you are not sure which size to choose, just ask — we would far rather help before you order than sort out a return afterwards.

We answer within one working day, Monday to Friday. Emails that arrive over the weekend are answered on Monday.
What to include
You will get a faster answer if you tell us:
- your order number (it starts with #, and is in your confirmation email);
- what you would like us to do — a refund, a different size, or just advice; and
- a photo, if something arrived damaged or not as described.
Sizing questions
Send us your child’s waist measurement and we will tell you honestly which size to order, or whether to wait a few weeks. Our size guide has the measurements and how to take them.
