Sizing
How do I choose a size?
By waist measurement, not age. Children vary enormously at this stage, so age tells you very little. Our size guide has the measurements and how to take them — it takes about ten seconds with a tape measure and saves a return.
My child is between two sizes. Which do I pick?
Size up. A slightly roomy pair is far easier for a small child to pull up unaided than a snug one, and doing it themselves is the whole point.
Using them
Are these nappies?
No, and that difference matters. A nappy is designed to keep a child feeling dry, which is the opposite of what helps during potty training. These hold small leaks while still letting your child notice they are wet — that feedback is what connects the feeling to the potty.
Will they stop every accident?
No. They are made for small daytime leaks and dribbles, not a full bladder, and they are not overnight protection. Anything claiming otherwise is selling you a nappy.
When should we start potty training?
When your child shows signs of readiness rather than at a particular age. Our potty training guide covers what those signs are and how the stages usually go.
How do I wash them?
Machine washable and made to be washed repeatedly. Follow the care label supplied with your order.
Orders and delivery
How long will my order take?
5–7 working days for UK standard delivery, counted from dispatch. £2.99, or free on orders over £50. Full details on our delivery and returns page.
Where is my order?
You will get a confirmation when you order and another when it is dispatched. If it has been longer than 7 working days since dispatch, email us with your order number and we will chase it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If it has not been dispatched we can usually stop it. After that, treat it as a return.
Returns and the guarantee
What is the 60-day money-back guarantee?
If the pants have not worked for your family within 60 days of delivery, email us and we will refund you — even if they have been worn and washed. Training pants only work if your child actually wears them, so a guarantee that required them unused would be worthless. We will normally refund without asking for them back.
Can I return unused pants?
Yes — 14 days to tell us, 14 more to send them back, and you pay the return postage. If something is faulty or wrong, we cover the postage.
