When the clock starts

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery estimates run from the moment your order is dispatched, not from when you place it. You will receive an email confirming your order and a second when it is on its way.

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees. If an order is delayed beyond the stated window we will tell you.

Orders outside the United Kingdom

Deliveries outside the UK take longer than the UK window above. Any import duty, tax or customs handling charge is payable by you on arrival and is not included in the price you pay us.

Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or undeliverable, we will refund the items but not the original delivery charge.

Missing or delayed orders

If more than 7 working days have passed since dispatch, email contact@ecomstoke.com with your order number and we will chase it.
